Agente OCS não se comunica com server [RESOLVIDO]

13. O Agent não comunica com o Servidor

Boa tarde!!!

Fiz a instalação do OCS em uma máquina virtual com as seguintes confs;
Debian Jessie 8.1
OCS 2.1.2

Segui os tutoriais oficiais do site do OCS e vários aqui VOL, olhei atentamente as configurações do OCS e as respostas deste Tópico e mesmo assim o agente não comunica com o Servidor

Deu um Windows XP Virtual na mesma rede que o Server OCS, eu acesso a interface web, eu instalei um client mysql e consegui dessa maquina fazer uma conexão ao servidor mysql com o usuario ocs, mas o inventário não é enviado!

Boa noite amigo!
Poste a saída do seu arquivo:
/etc/httpd/conf.d/z-ocsinventory-server.conf

Acredito que no Debian esteja instalado em outro diretório, portanto faça uma busca por esse arquivo e poste o contéudo dele.

Verifique se não existe outro serviço nesse servidor correndo na porta 80, se tiver, experimente alterar o localhost para localhost:8080 nas configs.

Instalei o agente OCs e ele não comunica com o server

Erro code 1060: O serviço especificado não existe ou não esta instalado.
Fiz os procedimentos postados e mesmo assim não resolveu, poderia me ajudar?

Bom dia amigo, seu problema pode estar sendo causado por dois motivos:
1º - O OCS funciona na porta 80 e se você tiver um outro serviço ou aplicação rodando nessa porta o Agent do OCS não consiguirá se comunicar;
2º - O Endereço do servidor do OCS foi informado incorretamente no agent (na estação).

Você está usando estação windows ou linux?
Se for windows, vá em: C:\Users\All Users\OCS Inventory NG\Agent nesse diretório, procure o arquivo ocsinventory.ini e poste seu conteúdo aqui.

Boa tarde galera!

Seguinte, já estou enputecido com esse mesmo problema e não há meio de resolver! já tentei as soluções propostas: alterei o arquivo "z-ocsinventory-server.conf", e o "/usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/dbconfig.inc.php" colocando o usuario e senha criado para o ocs, mas não resolve.

O que me deixou confuso foi que no tutorial que segui do OCS (http://wiki.ocsinventory-ng.org/index.php/Install_ocs_ubuntu_server/pt) pedem para descompactar o diretorio do OCS e instalar direto na raiz (não conheço muito de servidores web, mas achei que isso tinha que ser feito dentro de /var/www/). Depois pedem também para criar um alias em "/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default.conf " e direcionar a url raiz do servidor (no meu caso redirecionei para http://meu_ip/ocs). Não sei se isso tem a ver, mas em todos os exemplos que vejo (e quando instalei em xampp também) o acesso é feito por /ocsreports...

... É aí que eu acredito estar o problema! No agente eu coloco o caminho do server como indicado "http://meu_ip/ocsinventory" mas na verdade eu não acesso o "ocsreports"... teria alguma coisa a ver???

Estou usando Ubuntu server 14.04, OCS 2.2.1 Beta e o agente 2.1.1 no Windows 7 (mas já testei com o agente 2.0.5 também)

Boa noite amigo,
quanto ao ocsinventory ou ocsinventory, é dessa forma mesmo q vc fez, está correto!
Quando tive problema com o ocs, pesquisei muito nos foruns pela web e esse erro 404 só vi acontecendo quando havia alguma aplicação rodando em conflito na porta 80 ou quando o ip do server era informado errado. Se o seu ip é esse mesmo que gerou no log, então deve ser algum conflito na porta 80. Você chegou a verificar se há algo rodando nessa porta 80?

Estou rodando o Apache na porta 80 (com o GLPI). O problema é esse então? se sim, como posso resolver?

(como disse, não conheço muito sobre web servers)

Tenho pesquisado por esse problema na internet e muita gente está dizendo que pode ser por causa do Perl!
Vi que tenho ele instalado mas me lembrei que quando fui instalar os modulos (seguindo conforme está no site oficial do OCS) ele deu erro em um dos modulos que o tutorial pedia pra instalar. Eu tirei da lista e instalei o resto...

Alguem já passou por isso e pode me ajudar??? Desinstalo o Perl e instalo novamente? Apago ou modifico alguma coisa? Alguma sugestão?

Saludos, yo he resuelto el problema de esta manera me tomo casi 2 semanas poder dar con la respuesta :
Antes lo hacia de la manera tipica descargar he instalar todas sus dependencias y luego descargar el ocsinventory server.tar e instalar pero ahora la cosa es mas facil. :)

apt-get install ocsinventory-server

Luego descargue la version de agente actual...pero seguia teniendo los mismos problemas..
Hasta que resolvi el tema ...solo era : LA ULTIMA VERSION DEL AGENTE FALLA EN WINDOWS 7, ASI QUE ME DESCARGUE UNA VERSION ANTERIOR DEL AGENTE " DESINSTALE LA ACTUAL HE INSTALE LA VERSION ANTERIOR "

Listo eso era todo..wiii :)

Após pesquisar no fórum do OCS, encontrei a dica de que poderia ser a senha do mysql que não estava batendo com a senha contida no arquivo: /etc/httpd/conf.d/z-ocsinventory-server.conf
Então entre neste arquivo e observe as seguintes linhas:
PerlSetEnv OCS_DB_NAME ocsweb
PerlSetEnv OCS_DB_LOCAL ocsweb
# User allowed to connect to database
PerlSetEnv OCS_DB_USER ocs
# Password for user
PerlSetVar OCS_DB_PWD ocs

Altere a linha: PerlSetEnv OCS_DB_USER ocs
para
PerlSetEnv OCS_DB_USER "usuariodomysql"
e essa linha: PerlSetVar OCS_DB_PWD ocs
para
PerlSetVar OCS_DB_PWD "senhadomysql"

Para alterar a senha do mysql, use o seguinte comando (logado no servidor mysql):
mysql> update mysql.user set password=PASSWORD('novasenha') where user='nomeusuario';

Depois disso, deve-se reiniciar o apache e rodar a opção "Run..." do botão direito do OCS agent e pronto.
Caso não suba para o OCS, vá até o log novamente e postem aqui.

Para quem usa windows onde modifica a senha? Estou com o mesmo problema e utilizei osc ng server para windows, segue o log de uma estação que não comunica com o servidor:

Olá galera!
Vejo muitas dificuldades em posts pela internet de como implantar o OCS Server no CentOS 6.x. Depois de bater muito a minha cabeça também na configuração nesta Distro, segue o link que me fez conseguir obter sucesso.

OBS: Apesar do cliente acessar via browser a página /ocsreports, o envio da informação Cliente/Servidor é feita pelo "endereço virtual" (que não é acessado via browser) /ocsinventory. Esse é o pulo do gato!!! Muitas pessoas (inclusive EU, até ler tal post) acham que o endereço a ser configurado no Agent pra se comunicar com o OCS Server é /ocsreports e não é.
