amarok e mp3 [RESOLVIDO]

Pessoal uso o ubuntu 10 e estou conseguindo rodar vídeos avi e rmvb no vlc, alguns dao uns lags q os mesmos videos não estão dando no meu windows, meu amarok nao consegue reproduzir minhas musicas em mp3, ele toca mas nao sai som, a msm musica é tocada pelo vlc mas com alguns defeitos no som. Outra coisa q acontece as vezes o som ta mt baixo e as vezes mt alto, alguém sabe o que pode ser ?

Grande Izaias ajudando denovo... eu instalei os plugins de um outro jeito que pesquisei na net mais cedo, mas não sei te precisar como.... será que se eu fizer isso não vai dar conflito com o que eu jpa tenho ? tem como listar os que eu tenho para remover antes ?

Vai dar conflito sim.
Faça o seguinte, instale 1º os dois plugins que citei e deixe o do Medibuntu (não instale esse por enquanto). Vamos ver.

Depois aplique esse comando no terminal: sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
Cole aqui o resultado.

ta baixando... percebi que o plugin do flash ele instala tb, mas eu instalei de outro jeito que pesqueisei ?? tem problema tb ne?

Se instalar apenas o 'ubuntu-restricted-extras' e o 'flashplugin-nonfree', não terá problema nenhum.
Por enquanto instale apenas esses, OK?!

Nossa cara! De onde copiou isso?
Tem duas linhas comentadas em sua Sources.List (com '#' na frente de 'deb').
Faz o seguinte, nessas linhas:
# deb http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-backports main restricted universe multiverse
# deb-src http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-backports main restricted universe multiverse

delete os '#', salve e feche. Depois no terminal: sudo apt-get update

Retorne.
