Problemas com atualização

Boa noite!

Sou novo no meio linux e estou tendo problemas para instalar alguns programas.
Atualmente, quando vou instalar qualquer programa recebo como alerta: "O pacote 'xxx' não possui candidato para instalação" (Neste caso é o pacote 'libssl0.9.8:i386'). Alguns tutoriais de fóruns sugerem executar o comando sudo apt-get update, e aqui que tenho problemas.
Quando executo "sudo apt-get update" o terminal me retorna o seguinte erro:

Vi também que para resolução desse problema é necessário saber meu sourcelist, e ele é:

Quem puder dizer mais ou menos o que está acontecendo (pra me inteirar do problema) e que devo fazer para solucionar esse problema será de extrema ajuda!

Procure por Programas e atualizações
Altere Baixar de: Servidor principal
Na guia Outros programas
Ative Parceiros da Caninical e deixe desativado todos os outros
Atualize o sistema
Depois vá acrescentando os seus PPAs um a um e atualize se der problemas desative, se não der problemas deixe ativado
Por último no terminal: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Vc atualizou 14.04 para 16.04?
