CentOS no virtualbox

Fala galera estou com um problema. Instalei o CentOs 5.4 em no virtual box e nao estou conseguindo fazer o video ficar com a resolução correta. To usando um notebook com tela wide de 15'4 e placa de video geforce go6100 a resolução dele é 1280x800 ja editei o xorg.con e nada.

O Xorg original apos criar a maquina virtual fica assim:

e mesmo assim a resolucáo so vai ate 1152x864 nunca fica em 1280x800 mesmo que eu escolha uma resoluçao bem maior tipo 1440x900.

O que fazer para ficar em 1280x800?
